GHHS Athletic Fees
Here you'll find information on insurance and athletic service fees required by GHHS Athletic Department. These fees can be included in your check for player fee. Fees must be received by the athletic office before the first practice of the season (March 15) for the student athlete to be eligible to play.

GHHS Athletics Registration Form
GHHS Athletics requires registration with this form to participate in lacrosse. Print and return completed form to GHHS Athletic Office before the first week of practice. Our official start of the season is March 15, 2009.

GHHS Athletic Code Agreement
Print form, read thoroughly with your parents/guardians, and sign. Turn in to the GHHS Athletic Office prior to March 15, 2010. GHHS Athletics requires this form in order for you to practice with the team.
