Make the 2009/10 school year your best year ever!
Get involved. Make new friends. Challenge yourself.
As Head Coach for the Women's Lacrosse Team, I encourage students to explore all that is offered at Grand Haven High School, whether it's the school musical, student government, one of the many and diverse clubs, or a team sport. I guarantee the experience will go along way in making this your best year ever.
I invite you to consider the varsity lacrosse team.
A number of our most experienced players graduated last year, and we miss them. However, this opens up opportunities for new players to learn this fun sport, and we have room for you. No matter what level of experience you may have with lacrosse or other sports, if you're ready to apply yourself, our program can help you develop the skills you'll need.
Our season starts March 15. You have plenty of time to prepare yourself and learn some of the basic skills: cradling, throwing, and catching. Feel free to give me a call if you'd like information before the start of the season, about private lessons, or suggestions on appropriate equipment. Or you can always talk to one of our veteran players.
I'm looking forward to another year of coaching this fantastic lacrosse team and introducing new players to the sport.
Best wishes to you for your greatest year ever!

GHHS Coaches Planning for Upcoming Season
This season will be an exciting one for our varsity team as we will be defending our title as Rainbow II Champions.
Head Coach Vincent and Assistant Coach Karah are looking forward to working with the 2010 team and planning for a fun and successful season. Sandy Fredericks, Sarah Shaw, and Mackenzie Yoas were selected by coaches to be team captains. We're meeting monthly to plan and brainstorm ideas to make the upcoming season even better. Keep checking this site for updates and information about team activities.
